This aggressive total quality management initiative eventually lead to ISO 9001 compliance in all of our processes and work standards. - Documented User defined Service Level Agreements for each job
- Establishment of a Quality Manager staff position --- who is responsible for the quality of work product on every job
- Aligning of our Safety and Quality metrics with ISO making it simple to match up our standard practices with most client firms’ quality systems
- Expansion of the available testing and certification process to include an option for User Acceptance Testing as well as the Unit Testing traditionally available
- Provision for full Manufacturers’ Warranty certification for all installations and optional on-going contract maintenance of the infrastructure
- Request For Proposal and Request For Information development assistance services as well as Design and Approach assistance services
