Virtual Walk Thru (r) Project Reports
This report provides the equivalent of a daily walk - thru inspection by
your staff delivered either to their email or to your customer repository
area at your direction.
It combines a digital photo array with a written report each day of the
work steps completed, progress compared to the SOW schedule stated as a
"PLUS" (ahead of Schedule) or a "MINUS" (behind schedule) rating and a full
recap of any issues encountered.
Designed for our National and International customers, it is a tool that
gives you the piece of mind of a live visit, without the time and effort
commitment of commuting to the site.
This tool is also used to facilitate Change Controls by allowing you to
see the issue areas requiring a change prior to approval of a request.
A Customer Repository for Project Information
This productivity tool was designed to make keeping track of all project
documentation a pleasure rather than a pain. With this service As-Built
drawings, Warranty Certificates, Daily VWT reports and Change Controls as
well as any other project documents are neatly stored and available in a
searchable repository on our web site for anyone you designate by assignment
of a log-on id.
Developed for our largest customers this repository gives you and your
staff ready access to your current and historical project documents from
anywhere that has internet access.
Cable Tracker (c) Large Scale Installation Data Management Software
This software tool provides a quick and effective method for managing the
warranty and maintenance information on either a single or multiple large
scale projects. Imagine having a ready source for trouble-shooting,
maintenance and warranty questions at your fingertips. With the Cable
Tracker Software what used to take hours of digging thru paper records and
walking a site can be done in seconds from your desktop-and it is provided
free of charge to our customers.
Searches can be conducted by Location, Occupant Name, Cable Number, Patch Panel location or DeMarc location.
Cable Tracker searches our As-builts for the correct item then illustrates
the MDF, IDF, Path, Patch Panel location and installation/warranty
information for the circuit.
Designed to allow management of Large Data Center or Multiple Campus
operations, the software can either be downloaded to your system or used in
your Cable Tech customer repository area.
Automated Project Information with EDI and/or Electronic Input Invoices/Work Documents
Cable Tech has the ability to process your invoices and necessary supporting
documentation by AnsiX.12 formatted invoices/remittance requests and/or via
Formatted Electronic Mail forms generation.
As an example, we provide both an electronic invoice and a human readable
invoice/supporting documents to a number of our national customers, with
the invoice going directly to their accounting systems and the human
readable formatted document to their project management staff so that they
can facilitate final approvals internally of the EDI invoice.
