We provide a basic 2 year warranty for 100% of the labor and parts with all installations of CTI provided products/services. This basic warranty is a Cable Tech direct warranty and is over and above any manufacturers’ provided warranty on parts and equipment.
As a National vendor of several manufacturer’s products we are also able to provide the Manufacturer’s warranty on any project we install.
We have multiple partner products for Data/Voice Network Infrastructure and the associated equipment . All of these partners offer up to a 20 year warranty on the end to end connectivity systems, including all parts from the end-user’s work station to the demark panel---
